Hello there! Thank you for delving into my site!

My name is Dave and in case its not obvious,  i love photography, always have. Ever since I was a little kid running around with a 35mm film Minolta (I still have that camera!).

If you were wondering, Habrok is an old Norse word meaning "the best of the hawks".

​

After graduating from university with a BA Hons in photography and video production, I took a bit of time out to concentrate on my martial arts goals and came back to photography full time once achieving them. I now get paid for taking pictures and video, which is awesome! (and i also have a few trophies to look at).

​

Ive always been fascinated by the night sky and had a love for animals. Funnily enough these are now two of my main photographic subjects.

 

When I'm not behind the camera, I can be found teaching & training our latest little family member, Olive (working cocker spaniel) and if you're lucky, you may spot me in tight lycra in and around the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District (cycling or more likely sat in a cafe).

 

One other very important passion of mine is whisky.....i need a wee dram on the weekend after training little Olive!
